Thanksgiving in Melbourne, Australia 2025
If you happen to be in Melbourne, Australia, during American Thanksgiving, there are a few local restaurants where you can go to celebrate.
While Melbourne does not have many Thanksgiving options, all you need is one restaurant that serves the holiday meal, right?
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, and though celebrating has been different since moving to Australia, it is nice to know that we can continue celebrating even when we don’t want to cook!
Of course, you can cook a Thanksgiving meal in Melbourne, but if you want to go out for dinner, here are your options.
Be sure to make a reservation as these restaurants will most likely book out before Thanksgiving.
Le Bon Ton
Le Bon Ton will have a 3-course Thanksgiving banquet available from Tuesday, 24, November until Sunday, 30 November 2025. An à la carte menu is also available at that time.
Bookings are available after 5 pm.
While their menu is not yet available, there is a sample menu on their website, along with a gluten-free Thanksgiving menu and a vegan Thanksgiving menu.
White Oak Saloon
Celebrate American Thanksgiving at White Oak Saloon on 27 November 2025. They are hosting a set menu service for $69 per person.
Two seating times are available, 5:30 pm and 8 pm.
A three-course Southern feast featuring crab cakes with New Orleans rémoulade, smoked turkey breast with all the trimmings, and pumpkin pie will be served.

From Here by Mike at 1 Hotel Melbourne will be serving a Thanksgiving dinner from 5:30 pm until 10 pm on Thanksgiving Day.
Holiday meals are $100 per person with an optional wine pairing for $80 per person.
The menu includes:
- chicken liver pate
- goat cheese soufflé
- chicken with pomme purée and leaf salad
- pumpkin pie
The Clyde Hotel
If you do not mind waiting for a Thanksgiving meal, or if you are unable to celebrate on the day, a Thanksgiving meal will be served on Sunday, 1 December at The Clyde Hotel.
A fundraiser for sarcoma research, all funds raised will be donated.
The 3-course meal is $50 per person in advance or $55 at the door. Drinks will be available to purchase at the bar, and prizes will be raffled off.
Thanksgiving in Melbourne Wrap-Up
Though there aren’t a lot of options for Thanksgiving dinner out in Melbourne, there are a few places you can choose from.
If you happen to be traveling during Thanksgiving, Brisbane and Sydney have even more options for a festive holiday meal.
