Hi! My name is Lanie.

I started Make More Adventures when my family moved from the US to Australia in 2020.

After graduating from Florida State University, I moved to Brooklyn, New York, where I taught special education for 11 years.

I traveled every summer as a teacher, and I met my husband while traveling through Europe. He moved to New York, and our daughter was born in Brooklyn. Shortly after she was born, we moved to Florida, where our son was born.

We are currently living in Brisbane, and travel around Australia and back to the US often. Thankfully, my family loves to travel as much as I do!

I love sharing our travels and helping others decide on the best places to go, where to stay, and fun things to do.
