Porterhouse Bar and Grill

A 3-course Thanksgiving menu will be served at Porterhouse Bar and Grill for $165 a person. Kids under 10 can enjoy a meal for $75 each.

The first course includes options of salads, butternut squash soup, and ravioli.

For the main course, traditional turkey is available as is salmon, filet mignon, and rib-eye steak. The sides are served family-style and include honey-roasted carrots, Brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes. The turkey dinner also includes stuffing and cranberry sauce as well as mashed sweet potatoes.

Thanksgiving dessert at Porterhouse Bar and Grill is a duo of an apple crostata and a slice of carrot cake. Chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies are also served family-style.

L’Amico

🗺️ 849 6th Avenue, Midtown South

An Italian-inspired restaurant, L’Amico offers Thanksgiving meals from 11:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

A Prix-Fixe menu is available for $98 a person with an optional wine pairing for an additional $38 per person.

Appetizer options include soups, salads, and burrata. Entrees include a choice of turkey, salmon, or pasta. Prime rib can be substituted for an additional $10.

Three types of pie are available for dessert, pumpkin, apple, and pecan.

If you have a large group, L’Amico has a table that seats up to 14 guests.

Virgil’s Real BBQ

You can dine in at Virgil’s Real BBQ, or take a Thanksgiving meal home.

Either way, the meal at Virgil’s Real BBQ feeds 6-8 people and costs $395. Each family-style meal includes a turkey and sides.

The sides include mashed potatoes with gravy, cornbread stuffing, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, cranberry sauce, Brussels sprouts, green beans, and buttermilk biscuits.

For an additional $30, dessert can be added. Two pie options are available, pumpkin and apple.

Fresco by Scotto

Thanksgiving dinner is $165 a person at Fresco by Scotto and kids under 12 can dine for $65 each.

The table shares margarita pizza and potato and zucchini chips.

Everyone picks one appetizer from a list of seasonal and Italian options including butternut squash soup, squash agnolotti, eggplant and zucchini parmesan, penne pasta caprese, beet carpaccio, and an Autumn salad.

The main dishes are Italian as well, though there is a turkey plate with traditional sides including stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes, string beans, roasted carrots, gravy, and cranberry sauce. Other mains include salmon, short ribs, lamb, branzino, steak, bolognese, and a vegetarian cauliflower parmigiana.

For dessert, diners have quite a few options with the Thanksgiving special being pumpkin cheesecake. Tiramisu, flourless chocolate cake, apple crisp, and cookies & cream are also on the menu.

Kids under 12 have a special menu of roast turkey, penne pasta, and an ice cream sundae.

Benjamin Steak House

A special Thanksgiving menu will be available from 11:30 am until 10 pm at Benjamin Steak House. A small a-la-carte menu will also be available.

While the main dish is the same for everyone, diners are able to choose their own appetizer and dessert for $99 per person.

Appetizer options include pumpkin soup, Autumn salad, crab cake, and Italian burrata.

The Thanksgiving entree is organic turkey with stuffing, yams, potatoes au gratin, and cranberries.

Parker’s

Thanksgiving will be served at Parker’s, a restaurant at Thompson Central Park.

Reservations are available from 11:30 am until 9 pm for a family-style meal. Adult meals are $145 while kids meals for those 5+ cost $75 each.

Also available at Parker’s on Thanksgiving is a Thanksgiving Bubble Bar where guests can make their own mimosas. One visit is $15 while unlimited visits are $45 per person.

A 3-course meal will be served from 11:30 am until 8 pm at Oceana for $105 per person and $59 for kids 12 and under.

While a la carte is not available on Thanksgiving, there are plenty of options on their special menu.

As a first course, you can choose between multiple seafood or vegetable dishes including tuna tartare, crab cakes, butternut squash soup, and roasted beets.

For the entree, turkey is on the menu as is a variety of fish and steak.

Dessert includes chocolate custard brownies, pumpkin cheesecake, and an orange dreamsicle parfait.

A variety of side dishes can be added for a fee, as can oysters and chilled seafood plates.

Friedman’s

Starting at 11 am, a Thanksgiving meal will be served at Friedman’s for $55 for adults and $35 for kids.

In addition to turkey, the meal includes matzah ball soup, mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, cranberry sauce, challah bread stuffing, garlic string beans, and pumpkin pie.

They are offering a 3-course meal for $70. Kids 12 and under can dine for $30.

Sarahbeth’s is offering a Thanksgiving brunch, a 4-course dinner, and a take-out meal for Thanksgiving this year.

The Thanksgiving dinner menu is $75 per adult and $35 per child.

The first course includes a choice of pumpkin soup or a crab cake. The salad course includes a beet and apple salad.

For the main course, choose turkey, filet mignon, salmon, or shrimp risotto. The turkey dinner includes stuffing, whipped potatoes, roasted root veggies, and cranberry compote.

Dessert includes the choice of pumpkin pie or cranberry-apple crisp.

The Elgin

From 11 am until 10 am, diners can choose from the regular menu or order from a special Thanksgiving Day menu at The Elgin.

The prix fixe menu is $65 a person and includes honey nut squash soup, roasted turkey, and apple pie. The roasted turkey includes Brussels sprouts, bacon lardons, apple cranberry sauce, and gravy.

A less traditional Thanksgiving special is the Thanksgiving turkey burger.

Soup, salad, and oysters are the first-course options.

Everyone receives the same entree, organic turkey with sourdough stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, mushrooms, and pearl onions.

Dessert is the choice between pumpkin pie and pecan pie and is served with tea or coffee.

Casa Lever

On Thanksgiving, Casa Lever has both an a la carte menu as well holiday specials.

Specials include butternut squash soup and lobster, cauliflower, and pumpkin as well as veal stuffed turkey with vegetables, roast sweet potatoes, and cranberry sauce.

Pecan pie salted caramel gelato is on the dessert menu.

The Grill

Thanksgiving at The Grill includes a 3-course menu for $195 per person.

Start with soup, salad, oysters, or a variety of other appetizer options. The main meal is turkey with cranberry sauce, mushroom casserole, sausage stuffing, whipped potatoes, sweet potatoes, and wild rice. Prime rib can be supplemented with an additional fee.

Dessert includes an apple stack, pecan pie, and a pumpkin tart.

Havana Central

As of mid-November, Havana Central does not have their Thanksgiving menu up, but here is last year’s information.

Enjoy a 3-course Cuban Thanksgiving feast or order a la carte from Havana Central. They even have Thanksgiving to-go.

Havana Central will open at 11 am on Thanksgiving, and this is the perfect location for large groups.

The meal begins with a welcome drink of either cranberry sangria or a cranberry mojito.

Appetizer options include soup, salad, wings, or empanadas.

The main course is a Thanksgiving platter with turkey, stuffing, candied yams, and cranberries.

Choose a side from a list of kale, broccoli, corn, or rice and beans. Pumpkin flan will be the dessert option.

The prix fixe meal at Havana Central is $59 per person and runs until 10 pm.

Becco

As of mid-November, Becco does not have Thanksgiving information for 2024, but they are having a fall themed dinner 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. The following information is for 2023.

A Thanksgiving menu will be available at Becco for $76 a person.

The antipasti course is a choice of Ceasar salad, minestrone soup, or antipasto misto which is a mix of grilled and marinated vegetables and seafood.

For the pasta course, expect unlimited servings of the 3 kinds of pasta of the day which will include cocoa and pumpkin ravioli, orecchiette with bacon and cauliflower, and pappardelle with tomatoes and basil.

Entrees are served family-style and include balsamic glazed roasted turkey, glazed ham, or braised short ribs. All of the entree options are served with Thanksgiving sides. Vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request.

An assortment of seasonal desserts ends the holiday meal.

Del Frisco’s

Between November 28th and 31st, a Thanksgiving special menu will be available at Del Frisco’s.

Their “Thanksgiving Feature” is $195 and includes a 38 oz steak.

The Smith

🗺️ 956 2nd Avenue, Midtown East

Thanksgiving at The Smith includes a 3-course dinner for $82 per person.

To start, choose from butternut squash soup, seasonal salads, gnocchi, tuna tartare, or burrata.

Entree options include butternut squash milanese, salmon, and short ribs as well as multiple turkey dishes.

Those who want to eat turkey on Thanksgiving can opt for a turkey pot pie, turkey leg osso buco, or roasted turkey breast.

Sides are served family-style and include stuffing, Brussels sprouts, and cranberry-orange jam.

Dark chocolate layer cake, sticky apple toffee pudding, and pumpkin cheesecake in a jar are on the dessert menu.

Charlie Palmer Steak IV at the Knickerbocker Hotel

To start, a caramelized sunchoke veloute. The main entree is turkey and sides are served family style. The Thanksgiving sides include pomme puree, maple glazed yams, and green bean casserole. For dessert, a sugar pumpkin cheesecake.

Each entree includes turkey, sweet potatoes, stuffing, Brussels sprouts, and cranberry sauce.

There is a steak option for those not interested in turkey.

Dessert is a chocolate brownie with pumpkin gelato, pumpkin cheesecake, or pecan pie.

Russian Tea Room

A special Thanksgiving Day meal will be served at the Russian Tea Room. Adult meals are $145 and children’s meals are $95.

Appetizer options include salads, butternut squash soup, borsht, and duck blinchik. For the entree, turkey, chicken, duck, beef stroganoff, and vegetarian options are available.

Choose between creme brulee, chocolate mousse cake, apple tartlet, and banana nalysnyky.

The Alderman

Thanksgiving meals are $65 per person at The Alderman.

Brooklyn Diner USA

Bond 45

A traditional Thankgsiving meal is served at Bond 45 in Midtown for $79 per person.  They have an a-la-carte available as well.

To start, choose between butternut squash soup, pear and arugala salad, and pumpkin gnocchi. 

The main course is herb-roasted turkey with stuffing, sweet potato puree, Brussels sprouts, and giblet gravy. 

Choose between pumpkin pie and pecan pie for dessert.

Gatsby’s Landing

A 3-course Thanksgiving dinner will be served at Gatsby’s Landing for $70 per person.

Butternut squash soup and multiple salads are part of the first course.  For the entrée, turkey with cranberry relish, stuffing, mashed potatoes, French beans, whipped sweet potatoes, and gravy are offered. 

Dessert is part of the meal, though the exact option is not yet available.

Pink Taco

🗺️ 7 Times Square, Times Square

Pink Taco, a Mexican restaurant in Times Square, is serving an affordable Thanksgiving meal for $40 a person.  Kids can eat for $20. 

The meal includes roast turkey with mole gravy, chipotle garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce. 

Pumpkin pie can be added for $12.

Haven Rooftop

🗺️ 132 West 47th Street, Midtown

A Thanksgiving prix fixe menu is available at Haven Rooftop for $85 per person.

To start, choose between lobster bisque, Caesar salad, or mushroom truffle risotto.

For the main course, besides turkey with stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes, and cranberry sauce, you can opt for roast chicken, sea bass, or truffle spaghetti.

Dessert is either pumpkin cheesecake, creme brulee, or dulce de leche rice pudding.

Le Pavillion

A French restaurant in Midtown is serving Thanksgiving lunch and dinner from 12 pm until 8 pm. 

A 3-course meal at Le Pavillion is $205 per adult and $95 per child under 12.

Many options are available for the first course including salads, veggie dishes, and seafood options.

Even more options are available for the main course, some of which can be added on for a supplemental charge.  Of course, turkey is on the menu, and it is served with Brussels sprouts, cornbread stuffing, and cranberry chutney.  Other options include roast cauliflower, bass, sole, and scallops.

The dessert course is filled with options as well, including apple strudel, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, sorbet, and glazed apricots.

Valerie

🗺️ 45 West 45th Street, Midtown

Thanksgiving Day brunch and Thanksgiving Day dinner will be served at Valerie on November 28, 2024.

Brunch runs from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. and dinner service is from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. making Valerie one of both the earliest restaurants serving a Thanksgiving meal as well as one of the restaurants open the latest on Thanksgiving.

While Valerie has announced their Thanksgiving meal service for 2024, I don’t see a menu on their website. The following information is from last year.

Thanksgiving dinner at Valerie is $75 a person and includes a 3-course prix-fixe menu. Kids 12 and under can order a Thanksgiving plate or mac & cheese for $16.

The first course at Valerie includes options between salads, soup, or roasted Brussels sprouts.

For the main course, choose between turkey, short ribs, or roasted delicata squash. Dessert is the choice between a fruit cobbler, a chocolate tart, and a vegan sorbet.

If that is not enough food for your group, sides can be ordered as well. Each side feeds 2-3 and the options include mac & cheese, stuffing, haricot vert, and mashed potatoes.

The Palm Court at The Plaza Hotel

Enjoy a Thanksgiving buffet in The Palm Court at the Plaza Hotel on November 28, 2024. The grand buffet begins at 10 am and the last seating of the day is at 3 pm.

The Grand Buffet is $315 per adult and $125 per child 12 and under.

Carmine’s

Guests can dine in or order take-out from Carmine’s Times Square location.

A price of $395 feeds 6-8 people. Carmine’s family style feast includes a turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, Brussels sprouts, string beans, carrots, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, and mashed potatoes. A pumpkin pie or an apple pie can be added for $30.

Le Jardinier

Enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving meal at Le Jardinier, a Michelin-star French restaurant.

On Thursday, November 28, Le Jardinier is open from 3 pm until 10 pm and will be serving a 3-course prix fixe menu for $210 per person.

A variety of seafood and vegetable dishes make up the first course.

The Little Owl always reminds me of the TV show Friends, as it is where Central Perk would be based on the building used to show Monica, Rachel, Chandler, and Joey’s apartments.

Monica always cooked a Thanksgiving feast for her friends, but they could have just gone downstairs.

Little Owl serves a pre-fixe Thanksgiving meal from 12 pm until 9 pm for $95 per person.

Considering the small size of Little Owl, they certainly have a lot of choices.

The appetizer course includes the choice of pasta, veggies, scallops, soup, pate, sliders, and more.

For the main, you can opt for the roast turkey or choose from lamb, salmon, halibut, lasagna, or pork chops.  Seasonal vegetables, including Brussels sprouts, green beans, sweet potatoes, and maple roasted squash are served family-style and can be ordered a-la-carte.

For dessert, you have even more options including a pear crisp, cookies, apple strudel, pumpkin pie panna cotta, gelato, sorbet, or a root beer float.

Portale

A 4-course prix fixe Thanksgiving meal is available at Portale from 12:30 pm to 8:45 pm.

The 4-course meal costs $145 for adults. The a la carte menu will not be available on Thanksgiving.

All guests receive soup as the first course.

For the 2nd course, choose between salad, tuna tartare, sea scallops, and foie gras.

The main includes a turkey plate with duck confit-sour cherry stuffing, Brussels sprouts, root vegetables, and gravy. Other options include branzino, short ribs, mushrooms, and bolognese.

Choose between an apple crumble or pumpkin cheesecake as the 4th course.

In 2023, they had a kid’s menu for $55 that also started with soup. From there, kids can choose between spaghetti, turkey, and salmon for their main course. All children who order the kid’s menu will receive gelato for dessert. The kid’s menu is not online in 2024.

The Noortwyck

A large menu is available on Thanksgiving at The Noortwyck, and traditional turkey is on the menu as are traditional Thanksgiving sides including mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, green beans, and whipped sweet potatoes.

Plenty of non-traditional items are on the menu as well. Some of the options include duck breast, pork belly, lasagnette, and halibut.

For dessert, pie options include pumpkin, pecan, and apple.

If you prefer to purchase a whole Thanksgiving pie from The Noortwyck to take home, they are available for pick-up on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with a preorder.

Restaurant Daniel

Talia’s Steakhouse

Indoor and outdoor seating is available during the 5 seating times between 12 pm and 9 pm on Thanksgiving Day at Talia’s Steakhouse, a kosher restaurant on the Upper West Side.

The 4 course Thanksgiving pre-fixe menu is $89 and includes a soup course, appetizer course, main course, and dessert.

Soup options include butternut squash and chicken matzah ball. For the appetizer, choose between salad, salmon cakes, crispy cauliflower, and a Middle Eastern platter.

The main entree is traditional turkey, ribeye, chicken marsala, lamb stew, or Moroccan salmon. The turkey meal is served with stuffing, sauteed veggies, sweet mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce.

A price of $395 feeds 6-8 people. Carmine’s family-style feast includes a turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, Brussels sprouts, string beans, carrots, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, and mashed potatoes. A pumpkin pie or an apple pie can be added for $30.

Dagon

A prix-fix menu is available for $75 at Dagon on Thanksgiving. A la carte items are also on the menu.

While there are plenty of menu options, you will find traditional and seasonal items on the menu, though they have a twist.

The turkey main course is a harissa BBQ turkey with pomegranate cranberry sauce and challah stuffing. Beef, lamb, fish, and vegetarian main dish options are also on the menu.

In 2023, Dagon had a special kid’s menu on Thanksgiving. I don’t see it online yet, but the following information was true last year.

For $35, each child can order a main meal and a dessert.

A pumpkin pie or an apple pie can be added for $30.

You can choose between ham and turkey (both of which can also be purchased separately). Sides include collard greens, candied yams, mac & cheese, string beans, and potato salad.

All orders must be placed the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Aquavit

Pick up Thanksgiving to go on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at Aquavit, a Scandinavian restaurant with 2 Michelin stars. Each Thanksgiving kit is $595 and serves 4.

The Thanksgiving kit from Aquavit includes turkey breast, turkey leg, lingberry jam, milk bread with herb butter, pumpkin soup, and salad.

The sides in the Thanksgiving kit are roasted squash with Brussels sprouts, sweet potato puree, green bean casserole, and rye and brioche stuffing.
