Thanksgiving Meals in New York City Wrap-Up

This list, while made up of restaurants that served Thanksgiving meals last year, does not mean that they will once again be open on Thanksgiving. If the menu is not attached, reach out to the restaurant to ensure that they will be serving Thanksgiving meals in 2025.
Most restaurants update their Thanksgiving menus by the beginning of November.
The best restaurant for Thanksgiving is subjective depending on your location, budget, and diet. While most people may want a traditional turkey meal, others do not. Many NYC restaurants offer alternative main dishes on Thanksgiving, and some even offer their regular menu on top of the special holiday menu.
Those who prefer to eat at home still don’t need to cook Thanksgiving dinner if they do not want to, as many different restaurants, delis, and bakeries in NYC offer Thanksgiving to-go.
