On the way into town is a Welcome to Coober Pedy sign with a truck on top.
You can drive right up to the Welcome to Coober Pedy sign and take a photo either with your caravan or trailer or on your own.

Near the Welcome to Coober Pedy sign is the Opal City sign.
This is a great area for photos as you can see the red dirt as well as the unique sign.

Coober Pedy “Hollywood” Sign

Just a block off the main road is the Hollywood sign, at 26 Hutchinson Street.
The Coober Pedy Hollywood sign is on top of a hill. It can be viewed from most of the town.
While we did not hike to the top of the hill for a closer look, you can walk up and take a photo with the sign.
Coober Pedy Warning Sign

The Danger: Unmarked Holes sign can be seen in quite a few places around town. This particular sign was photographed in the parking lot of Old Timers Mine.
Painted Tires

The painted tires are set up outside the playground near the entrance of Coober Pedy.

Though it is a small Outback town, there are Instagrammable Coober Pedy signs.
Be sure to stop on your way into town to get a photo of the Opal City sign as well as the Welcome to Cooper Pedy sign.
